James provided me with the best product, terms, and service. He was able to pinpoint exactly what we could qualify for and what was needed. He was incredibly responsive and overly helpful. Not only was he able to get the loan processed but he went above and beyond every step of the way.

James saved my loan. My previous lender dropped the ball in a number of ways, and James was able to get an exception granted for me that saved the loan, which saved me thousands of dollars I would have lost because I was past the date to back out.
